Nagaraj is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with strong experience in audits, taxation and corporate law. He is also a law graduate from Karnataka State Law University and a Licentiate Company Secretary of ICSI. He has completed ICAI certificate courses in Concurrent Audit, Forensic Audit, GST, Internal Audit and the Post Qualification Course in Information Systems Audit (ISA), enabling him to handle complex assurance and compliance assignments.

Mahesh N is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with hands‑on experience in audits, taxation and accounting. He holds an MBA from Sikkim Manipal University. Mahesh has completed ICAI certificate courses in Concurrent Audit, Forensic Audit, Insolvency & Valuation Standards and Internal Audit, and focuses on delivering robust and practical solutions to clients.
